Abdul Karim holds an MBA (Finance) from Hull, United Kingdom and a BBA from RMIT University, Australia. He is a Certified Professional Trainer (MIM-CPT), accredited by the Malaysian Institute of Management and Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB/HRDF). He holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment recognised within the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). He is also a Certified Business Coach (CBC-UMCCed) and a Certified Franchise Manager (MIM-CPFM). He specializes in the areas of financial management, banking operations, franchising and business coaching. Abdul Karim draws his 38 years of working experience in the financial industry and exposure in corporate and business environment to help organizations and businesses improve their performance.
Abdul Karim is currently a corporate trainer and a practicing business coach. He has conducted training and coaching since 2006 and sits in the panel of facilitators for the Malaysian Institute of Management and Perbadanan Nasional Berhad.
