Joseph holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Commerce, majoring in Economics from Monash University and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Lancaster University and Sunway University. He is CCBI Green and Sustainable Finance Professional and obtained a certificate in Green and Sustainable Finance from the Chartered Banker Institute of United Kingdom. He also obtained two certificates from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership for Sustainable Finance and Business Sustainability Management.
Joseph started his career in Affin Investment Bank Berhad in 2010. He was attached with the Debt Capital Markets team from 2010 to 2018. He then joined the Client Solutions team in Danajamin Nasional Berhad in 2018. He has over 10 years of experience in the financial sector. Joseph also holds a Capital Markets and Services Representative's license issued by the Securities Commission. He is the Director of Lestari Advisory Sdn Bhd, a green solutions consultancy company.
